It’s tree planting time again and whether you’re an old hand or a complete novice you’re invited to join us at our planting sessions over the winter.
The first session is on Saturday 4 December where we’ll be planting seven trees in South Millfields, two of which are memorial trees. In the middle of February we will be planting 1000 whips, a mix of native and non-native woodland trees, some ornamentals, and some large parkland trees in the space behind the electricity sub-station in South Millfields. This planting will run over at least a couple of days and will include sessions with school-children.
